Who we are

Cornerstone is a technology consultancy based in London, operating at cnst.one. We build bespoke websites, software solutions, and brand systems for professional services firms.

What we collect

When you send us a brief through our contact form, we collect what you choose to share:

• Your name, email address, and if provided, company, phone number, and website.
• Project details: the focus areas you select, your indicated budget and timeline, and your written brief.
• Any files you attach.
• Basic technical information sent by your browser (its user-agent string), which helps us investigate abuse of the form.

We don't run advertising trackers or sell data, the only information we hold is what you send us.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, scope your project, and correspond with you about it. That's our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.

If you tick the newsletter box, we'll occasionally send you Cornerstone updates. You can opt out at any time by emailing newsletter@cnst.one, and we'll remove you promptly.

Where it lives

Briefs are stored in our secure and encrypted database, and attachments in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to purely Cornerstone.

How long we keep it

We keep briefs for as long as needed to evaluate and deliver the work, and for up to 24 months after our last contact so we can pick up conversations where they left off. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you (access).
• Correct anything inaccurate (rectification).
• Delete it (erasure).
• Stop processing it, or hand it over in a portable format.
